User Data Deletion
You can ask Super-Agent to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp when interacting with a business that uses our platform.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to hello@super-agent.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following details so we can locate your data:
- Your full name (as used in the conversation, if known).
- The phone number, WhatsApp number, Facebook/Instagram username, or Messenger handle you used.
- The name of the business or store you were communicating with through Super-Agent.
- The approximate date(s) of the conversation, if you remember them.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We verify your identity using the details you provide. We may ask for additional information if needed.
- If your data is held by a business that uses Super-Agent (the data controller), we forward the request to that business and assist them in responding.
- We delete or anonymize the personal data we hold about you within 30 days of verification, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records) or where retention is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- We confirm completion by email.
What gets deleted
- Your contact identifiers (phone number, WhatsApp ID, Messenger ID, etc.).
- Conversation history, transcripts, recordings, and attachments associated with your identifiers.
- Profile information received from connected platforms (such as display name and profile picture).
- Derived data such as conversation summaries, tags, and AI-generated notes tied to your identifiers.
Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you (for example, anonymous usage statistics) may be retained.
For Facebook / Meta App Reviewers
Super-Agent does not store Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp user data beyond what is required to operate the messaging integration enabled by our business customer. Users (or Meta on behalf of users) can request deletion via the email address above. Revoking app permissions on Facebook
You can also remove Super-Agent's access to your Facebook account directly. This stops future data sharing but does not by itself delete data we have already received.
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find Super-Agent in the list.
- Click Remove and confirm.
After revoking access, send us the deletion request email above to have your stored data removed.
