How does your online store score?
Twenty checks, five areas, five minutes. Tick what your store already does — honestly — and get a score out of 100, a score for each area and the three gaps worth fixing first.
Fix these first
- Shipping cost and delivery time are shown before checkout (+7 points)
- Messages get a reply in under an hour during opening hours (+7 points)
- Product pages show reviews or photos from real buyers (+6 points)
A checklist, not an inspection: the score is worth what your ticks are worth.
How it is calculated
Every item carries the points printed beside it, and the twenty add up to exactly 100. Nothing else goes into the score.
- Score = the points of every ticked item, out of 100.
- Each area = the points ticked in that group, out of what the group is worth: trust 20, product pages 25, checkout 20, response 20, retention 15.
- Grade: 85 or more is strong, 70 to 84 good, with gaps, 50 to 69 halfway there, under 50 needs work.
- Fix these first = the three unticked items worth the most points. On a tie, the one higher up the list comes first.
What it assumes, stated plainly
- That the weights are roughly right for you. They are our judgement of what tends to stand between a visitor and an order in a small store, not a measurement. A store that sells by quote, or only to repeat trade customers, should weigh them differently.
- That a tick means done, not planned. A policy page that exists but is linked from nowhere is not done.
- That the list is the common ground, not the whole ground. Speed, search, stock accuracy and the product itself matter too; they are just harder to tick.
Two of the five areas, handled
Super Agent covers response and retention for you: it answers your customers 24/7 on WhatsApp, Instagram and the chat on your website, runs abandoned-cart and order workflows, and sends WhatsApp campaigns to segments of your customers. The store itself stays yours to polish.

Questions
- Where do the weights come from?
- From our judgement of what tends to stand between a visitor and an order in a small online store. They are not measured from a dataset, and every one is printed beside its item so you can disagree with it. If an item does not apply to your store at all, tick it so it does not pull your score down.
- Is 100 the goal?
- No. The useful part is the list of what to fix first. A store at 60 that fixes its top three gaps this month is in better shape than a store at 85 that changes nothing.
- Where does my data go?
- Nowhere. The score is worked out in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent to us or saved, and there is no signup.
- Which of these can Super Agent take off my hands?
- The response and retention groups. Super Agent answers your customers 24/7 on WhatsApp, Instagram and the chat on your website, runs abandoned-cart and order workflows, and sends WhatsApp campaigns to segments of your customers. The other three groups are about the store itself, and those stay with you.
