Check a WhatsApp template before Meta does

A rejected template costs you a day. Paste yours in, see it the way a customer will, and catch the common reasons Meta turns one down — before you submit it, not after.

How it checks

Each line above is one rule, checked against the text you typed. They are common reasons for rejection that we are confident Meta enforces, not Meta’s complete or official list:

What it cannot tell you

From an approved template to a sent campaign

Super Agent lets you create WhatsApp templates, submit them to Meta for review and send them as campaigns, all from one place. A template can carry a stop button, and when a customer taps it Super Agent honours it automatically: that person stops receiving your campaigns.

Questions

Is this the official list of Meta rules?
No. These are common reasons a template gets rejected, limited to rules we are confident Meta enforces. Meta also reviews what the message says and whether it fits the category you chose, and no checker can see that for you. Passing every line here makes a rejection less likely; it does not guarantee an approval.
Why can a variable not start or end the message?
Meta rejects a template whose body begins or ends with a variable, and one where two variables sit side by side with no text between them, because a reviewer cannot tell what the message will say. Put a word or a sentence before the first variable and after the last one, and some text between any two.
Does a marketing template need an opt-out button?
This checker shows it as a warning, not an error, because a template can be approved without one. It is still worth adding: a one-tap way to stop gives people who no longer want your messages something better to do than block or report your number, and blocks and reports count against your number with Meta.
What are the sample values for?
Meta asks for an example of each variable when you submit a template, so the reviewer can read a realistic message. Use a believable value, such as a real-looking first name or product, rather than test or 123.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. The checks run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to Meta, stored, or needed to see the result, and there is no signup.
