How to export the report
- Open Meta Ads Manager and pick the period you want to review — the last 30 days is a good start.
- Choose the Ads tab (it gives the most detail; Campaigns and Ad sets work too).
- Open Reports → Export table data and download it as a CSV file.
- Drop the file above. Adding the Quality ranking, Frequency and Link clicks columns before you export sharpens the analysis. A breakdown by day, age or placement is fine: each ad's lines are added back together.
This audit does not know your business. Ours does.
Inside Super Agent the same analysis reads your margin and your average order value, so it tells you which ads lose money on every sale; it knows what you sell, your ad plan and whether WhatsApp is connected — where our AI agent closes the sale for you. Then it answers every conversation those ads bring in.

How the score works
No model and nothing hidden. Every ad with at least 1,000 impressions gets a score out of 100 made of five parts:
- Cost per result (35 points), compared with your own account average for the same kind of result — a message is never compared with a purchase.
- Link click-through rate (20 points), on ads that buy clicks, conversations or sales — never on reach or video ads, which are bought to be seen. Below 0.7% the creative is not stopping the scroll.
- Return on ad spend (20 points), on ads that buy purchases, when the export has it. Below 1 the ad loses money even before product costs; below 2 it only pays if your margin is above 50%.
- Meta’s own quality, engagement and conversion rankings (15 points).
- Frequency (10 points). Above 3.5 views per person the audience tires and the cost climbs.
The account score is the average of the ad scores, weighted by spend, so the ads where the money goes count the most. 80 and up is excellent, 65 good, 50 fair, 35 weak, and below that critical.
What it flags, and why
- An ad that spent twice what a result usually costs you without getting a single one: pause it.
- An ad whose cost per result is 1.5 or 2 times your account average: fix the creative or the audience, or pause it.
- An ad that gets results at 70% of your average or less and whose audience is not tired yet: give it more budget, gradually.
- Budget spread across many ads too small for Meta to learn from, and campaigns that buy clicks, reach or engagement instead of sales or conversations.
An ad under 1,000 impressions is listed but never scored or accused: there is not enough data to say anything fair about it.
Questions
- Is my ad data sent anywhere?
- No. The analysis runs entirely in your browser. The file is not uploaded, stored or seen by us, and there is no signup.
- Which export does it read?
- The CSV that Meta Ads Manager exports from the Campaigns, Ad sets or Ads tab, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. It needs at least the amount spent, impressions and a name; results, link clicks, frequency and the three rankings make it more precise.
- Why did one of my ads get no score?
- It had fewer than 1,000 impressions in the period. Below that, a high or low cost is mostly luck, so we list the ad without judging it. Export a longer period to include it.
- Is the score the same thing Meta shows me?
- No. Meta reports each figure separately; this tool compares every ad with the rest of your own account and turns the comparison into one number and an ordered list of what to do. It is a starting point for your decisions, not a replacement for them.
